Glexo Full V2 set is a full version of the cold glue set, which is designed to solve a full range of PDR and body repair tasks. Uncompromising choice, uncompromising capabilities.
The system is based on a unique adhesive composition (also called cold PDR glue) with non-Newtonian properties. The adhesive composition is applied to Glexo metal PDR tabs and used together with them to repair dents at various stages of work. The system can be used to solve a wide range of tasks. It performs well both at the initial stage of work, when you need to quickly restore the shape, and at the final stages, which require the most careful actions.
A distinctive feature of Glexo cold glue is its extremely high adhesive properties, long service life, wide temperature range of application, the ability to use tabs with any impact hammers. All tabs are equipped with the patented Glexo proprietary fastening system, which allows you to quickly and reliably fix the tab in the striker socket. The patented sealing ring used in the second version of Glexo provides reliable long-term fixation for safe work. In the proposed new version of the Glexo PDR tool sets, the protrusions are also equipped with a reinforced large-diameter thread for the highest loads.
Glexo Full set includes 4 different types of PDR tabs for the entire range of tasks: *
1. Large rectangular tab 75x30 mm. Designed to create a distributed force, which allows you to gradually lift wide areas of damage.
2. Large round tab d=50 mm. Designed to create a concentrated force with a concentration of impact on wide areas. Allows you to locally affect the repair areas with the creation of a force in the center of the tab.
3. Small round tab d=35 mm. Designed to create a concentrated force with a concentration of impact on small areas. Allows you to locally lift small areas of damage without touching the adjacent ones, and creating an accent in the center of the tab.
4. Narrow rectangular insert 75x15. Designed for repairing narrow damage. Allows you to lift elongated sections of metal without touching adjacent areas.
* The delivery set also includes Glexo Black cold glue (110 gr.) and replaceable rubber rings.
Important - The Glexo system is not recommended for use with aluminum reverse hammers to avoid breakage of the hammer head.
