The MaksMaster LED lamp belongs to special-purpose lamps and is intended for local illumination of the damaged area of car body parts during repair and restoration work using the "Paintless Dent Repair" technology. It is used at specialized body repair stations, car service stations, centers for training and advanced training of technicians in "Paintless Dent Repair", as well as in mobile body repair services.
The lamp is not intended for use in domestic conditions, for lighting residential and office premises, workplaces, caring for vegetation and animals.
The lamp body is made of durable plastic, with stiffening ribs and ventilation holes. A C-shaped rubber profile is glued along the perimeter of the body, which protects the product from mechanical damage and prevents damage to the car's paintwork during contact with the product. Inside the body is an LED strip, elements of the power supply system and electronic control.
On the back of the housing there is a key switch for the lamp power ON/OFF, as well as a removable universal plate with a ball joint and a crimp-type mounting unit for mounting the lamp on a lighting stand.
The diffuser is made of light-technical, impact-resistant plastic with a matte, anti-glare surface and a high degree of light transmission. The diffuser also has control buttons and decorative elements.
The lamp is powered by a non-removable spiral cable 1.3 meters long. The cable ends with a "ball" connector with "crocodile" type clips for connecting the lamp to a battery.
Telescopic stand "Sofit", model ST*-2, is designed for mounting and moving the lamp. The stand is made of high-strength profile steel pipe 30*30*1.2 mm, painted with powder paint, and stainless profile pipe 25*25*1.2 mm. The inclined arm is made of aluminum pipe d = 19 mm, which is attached to the main stand using a rotary clamping unit made of stainless steel. The main stand structure is attached to a trapezoidal base, which has a tray for installing a battery, retractable adjustable legs and four support wheels d = 75 mm. with a brake.
