The punch is designed for depositing metal on car body panels during repair and restoration work using the "Paintless Dent Repair" technology.
The punch handle is made of solid wood. The handle has carved decorative elements that give the product individuality and partially prevent the product from rolling on uneven surfaces. A magnetic washer embedded in the handle body ensures that the product is fixed on uneven and vertical steel surfaces. The handle is covered with several layers of special varnish that protects the wood from aging and abrasion, and also emphasizes the color, shade and structure of the wood that is individual for each product, which gives the product a truly noble and refined look. A stainless steel chipper with an engraved crown on it is mounted at the end of the wooden handle, which emphasizes the nobility of the product made of natural material.
The punch core is made of a high-alloy stainless alloy with titanium content. The diameter of the rod is 4 mm., The diameter of the visual and working zone is reduced to 3 mm. The working surface of the core has a flat shape with a small radius, which allows for high-precision repair work, and the height of the core provides a good overview of the surface being repaired.
